- Your scholar’s name
- The program enrolled in
- Your order confirmation number or payment date
Response Policy
We respond to all email inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Phone calls are available during business hours only: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Eastern. We do not answer calls or messages after 11:00 AM Eastern and do not operate on weekends.
For the fastest response, email is always preferred over phone. Include your scholar’s name and the program in question in your subject line.
