Meet Your Educator
I am a writer, reader, theatre lover, and educator who believes learning should be rigorous, human, and deeply meaningful. I hold a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education, a Master’s in Sociology, and I am currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health.
My doctoral work examines trauma-informed leadership and Black student excellence, and that lens shapes everything I bring into the classroom. With over 20 years of tutoring experience and a background spanning public schools, charter schools, homeschool environments, and theatre, I know how to meet scholars where they are and move them toward where they are capable of going.
